| Ronnie Moas is the President & Director of Research at Standpoint. The company currently advises and sells its research to pension funds, hedge funds and asset management firms. Mr. Moas began his career on Wall Street as an analyst and market strategist at Herzog Heine Geduld. He was responsible for making sector, industry and stock recommendations, identifying arbitrage opportunities, options and hedging strategies. During his years at HHG, he demonstrated remarkable accuracy with his market forecasts and stock recommendations. Mr. Moas left HHG in late 2000 a few months after correctly forecasting the Nasdaq collapse in a timely manner. |

| Mr. Moas spent the next few years developing and back-testing a 155-variable equity valuation and diagnostic model. The model has been run more than 300 times since development was completed in June 2003. The model has since then built an exceptional track record. Mr. Moas has authored, published and distributed more than 400 research reports and notes to date. In 2002, he wrote a 284-page research report back-testing more than one dozen different trading strategies on 20 years of data. In 2003, Mr. Moas was one of the first analysts on Wall Street to forecast bull markets in commodities, Brazil, Russia, India and China. He also exited (mid-2007) and re-entered (late-2008) in a timely manner. Ronnie has issued more than 350 stock recommendations since July 2003. Through March 1, 2009, Standpoint Research posted a gain of more than 1800 basis points versus the S&P-500 (since beginning operations in July 2003). Mr. Moas recently participated in the first "Investars" Invitational. It was a technology sector discussion moderated by Tom Conigliaro from Goldman Sachs and hosted by analyst tracking service "Investars" at S&P studios in New York City. |

| Mr. Moas received a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business with Honors from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Masters degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City University of New York. Mr. Moas was born in New York and lived in Israel from 1983-1994. He returned to New York after completing a three-year Israeli military service in artillery and intelligence with rank of Sergeant. Before returning to the United States in 1994, Ronnie worked at Shuki Weiss International Concert Productions where a few of his production credits included the Haifa Seaport Blues Festival, Bob Dylan, Radiohead, Buddy Guy and Suede. Ronnie has traveled more than 200,000 miles since 2003. He designed this web site, is the owner of an articulate African Grey Parrot and a very large music collection of 1,500 cds. |

Viv Srivasta, MBA
Research Analyst
Viv has more than 20 years of experience in industry and equity research, M&A valuations, credit risk, and valuation of fixed income securities and corporate accounting. With regards to equity research, Viv’s focus is on mid-cap stocks primarily in the manufacturing and services sectors. Previously, he was Associate Director at Fitch Ratings, focusing on Southeast Asian banks, and a senior analyst at Thomson Financial BankWatch. Viv holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Strategy from Narsee Monjee Deemed University, Mumbai, India. He has been a national level badminton player and is trained in Indian classical singing where he has given several stage performances.

Sonya Bajori, CPA Research Analyst
Sonya is a generalist covering US stocks and ADRs across all sectors. She specializes in top-down fundamental research techniques including sector study, macro-economic study, demand-supply analysis and fair value assessment. Before joining Standpoint, she worked as a corporate accountant managing and controlling budgets for an India-based Export company. She also worked as a Public Accountant in India and conducted Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits of major Indian corporations. Sonya is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; equivalent to the CPA designation in the US. She is also a graduate from Calcutta University with a major in Accounting.

Avek Chowdury, MBA
Research Analyst
Avek specializes in forensic accounting and Corporate Governance research on companies across all sectors. Avek focuses on risk profiling based on Corporate Governance structure and practices, and forensic accounting research. Before joining Standpoint, Avek worked for Zacks Research. Before his stint with Zacks, he was a company analyst with the Centre for Monitoring the Indian Economy (CMIE); an India-based IRP for Investment and Economic Research. Avek received his MBA, majoring in Finance from Vishwabharati University (India). He earned his undergraduate degree with a major in Economics from Calcutta University. Avek is an accomplished classical musician and plays the Sitar - an Indian string instrument.

Heram Gar, MBA Research Analyst
Heram specializes in capital structure valuation and fundamental analysis of US stocks across all sectors. Heram is a generalist and also assists in the preparation of sector and industry reports here at Standpoint. Prior to joining Standpoint, he worked with a leading multi-specialty hospital chain and was designated as Vice-President – Finance and Administration. He brings with him nearly two decades of experience in corporate accounting, financial research, corporate advisory, business development and general administration. Heram holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rohtak University, India. His interests include adventure sports and Indian classical music.
